At Art Heaven Supplies, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery of art materials and supplies to our customers across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, ensuring full transparency for your shopping experience.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • During busy seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We partner with trusted courier companies in Pakistan, such as:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • Call Courier

  • M&P (Muller & Phipps)

These partners allow us to deliver nationwide, even to remote areas.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days.

  • Other cities and towns: 3–6 working days.

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–8 working days.

Please note: These timelines are estimates. External factors such as strikes, natural disasters, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect actual delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.

  • Orders may qualify for free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service fee charged by courier partners.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

  • Customers are required to pay the exact order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel at the provided address to avoid delays or returns.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number on the courier’s website to check the real-time status of your shipment.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will usually reattempt delivery.

  • After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (address, phone number, city).

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect information may result in additional shipping charges.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances are beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier service delays

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Political unrest, strikes, or roadblocks

  • National holidays

We cannot be held liable for such delays, but we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Art Heaven Supplies delivers only within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

11. Damaged Parcels During Transit

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos/videos before opening and report the issue immediately to our team at artheaven0000@gmail.com.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
