Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the eligibility, process, and conditions for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Refunds will be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.
Certain items (opened paints, brushes, consumables, clearance products) may not qualify for returns.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the Return Policy will apply.
